General Terms and Conditions – Imperium MADE
Welcome to the Imperium MADE website. By booking our services or accommodation, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
1. Provider and nature of services
The Imperium MADE brand is the official representative for reservations and communication under the auspices of the company Asistenca4U, Zsuzsi Kepe s.p. (Kot, Mlinska ulica 7, 9220 Lendava).
- Accommodation Salvus d.o.o.: For apartments in Trimline (Sonce, Luna, Glamping), Imperium MADE exclusively provides reservation coordination and communication services with guests. The owner and provider of accommodation services is the company Salvus d.o.o.
- Other facilities and additional services: For facilities of external partners, Imperium MADE (Asistenca4U) can also provide cleaning, maintenance and comprehensive property management services, in accordance with individual agreements.
2. Reservation and payment process
- Confirmation: The reservation is considered confirmed when the guest pays for the reservation and receives a written confirmation from Imperium MADE.
- Issuance of invoices: The invoice for accommodation in Salvus d.o.o. facilities is issued by the owner of the facility. For all additional services (e.g. organization of excursions, cleaning of external facilities, logistics), the invoice is issued by the company Asistenca4U.
- Tourist tax: Payment of the tourist tax is mandatory by law and is usually paid upon booking, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
3. Cancellation periods
- The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the planned arrival.
- If cancelled less than 7 days to 1 day before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- In the event of cancellation on the day of the reservation or no-show, the provider reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation.
